What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery is charged based on your location within a 15km radius of our factory, NO EXCEPTIONS. Delivery charges ranges from R90.00 depending on your location. We do not deliver outside of the Pretoria East areas.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can pay cash on receipt of your delivery or use the Yoco online card process payment.

How long will delivery take?
Your delivery is scheduled within 24 hours of receipt of your order and prioritized as per our route planning for certain areas. It should not take longer than 48 hours.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We process all our online payments through YOCO which a very secure online payment system. We do not keep any of your card details on our system after you have done your purchase.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Upon receipt of your order, our team produces your chicks fresh the same day. All products is then stored overnight in our cold-rooms. You will receive a notification via WhatsApp or mail to keep you updated of the progress and ETA for delivery. An invoice will follow for payment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. An invoice together with a delivery note will accompany your order.
